Founded by East Gwillimbury local Dave Loveman, our company was built on a simple philosophy: provide honest, reliable workmanship and treat every project like it's your own.

Dave has spent his entire life in the East Gwillimbury area and has dedicated his career to skilled trades. Beginning his career as an electrician in 1995, he went on to become a Red Seal-certified tradesperson and has worked as a powerline technician since 2008. Over the years, he has developed a broad range of expertise across construction, property improvement, and infrastructure projects.

Today, Dave and his team help homeowners, businesses, and property owners with everything from complete yard overhauls and grading to septic installation, fencing, interlocking, driveways, and other property improvement projects. When specialized work is required, Dave's strong network of trusted local professionals ensures every project is completed to a high standard.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time at his sawmill and remains passionate about supporting the community he calls home. Whether helping neighbours with projects, supporting local businesses, or improving properties throughout the area, he takes pride in building lasting relationships based on trust, quality, and service.
